“Hi Briana, Harold and I would like to take this opportunity to say "Thank you" for baking the Red Velvet cake for our 55th Wedding Anniversary dinner and celebration.  The cake was so beautifully decorated with red roses, and lettering saying, "Happy 55th Anniversary" on it. The cake was very moist, and had a chocolate pudding center. The icing was cream-cheese. And everyone really appreciated that it was not too sweet. The cake was light and we really liked that.
